Carmakers offering best discounts this March

If you are looking for the best deal to buy a car, this is the right time. Carmakers, including market leaders Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai and Honda, are now offering even better discounts and incentives than in December to get rid of huge inventories at dealerships. 


Maruti Suzuki is giving up to 40,000 discount, while Hyundai is offering up to 45,000 and Honda up to 55,000 rebate, say dealers. 

Maruti Suzuki has almost doubled the rebates on its popular models this month. It offers 30,000 discount on Alto K10 and 35,000 on A Star and WagonR. Its SX4 sedan carries the highest discount of 40,000, which is way above the 15,000 of February on the same petrol variant. 

Honda Siel, makers of the City and Accord cars, has started offering free insurance options on its best-selling City sedan, which forms almost 80% of its total sales.
