Offer Terms and Conditions:
Every holder of Citibank Cards issued in India can avail the above Offers during the Term (excluding Citibank Corporate Cards, Citibank Diner’s Card and ING Cards).
All transactions completed during the period starting from 00:00 hrs on 4th December, 2013 till 3:59 hrs on 5th December, 2013 shall be considered under this Offer.
Products belonging to different categories having separate promo codes can’t be combined into single order.
Top spender on each day (00.00 Hrs to 11.59 hrs) combined across all merchants would be given an Apple iPhone 5s 16GB. Apple iPhone 5s 16GB would be given at sole discretion of Citibank is subject to change.
In case of a tie we will select the cardholder with the maximum no of transactions and on further tie we will select the customer who did the maximum spends earliest.
Citibank may contact the top spenders through any of the following mode – telephone, email, sms or any other mode of communication on a best effort basis as per our records as of 30th November, 2013.
The decision of Citibank shall be final for giving out Apple iPhone 5s and on deciding the top spender. The card member agrees and accepts that no claims whatsoever pertaining to the qualification and announcement of the top spender(s) shall be raised or made against Citibank.
Apple iPhone 5s will be sent across by 15th January, 2014 on a best effort basis to the registered mailing address as per our records on the day Citibank contacts the top spender (s) regarding the announcement.
Top Spender will be identified basis the transaction date submitted by the merchants. Citibank will not be held responsible if merchants submit the transaction date as different from the actual date when the transaction was done.
